Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable but in the event that you request a refund by contacting us via phone or email we will do our best to issue a refund if the request has been receieved prior to the end of the business week in which it was made.

Shipping/ Delivery

Shipping and digital delivery is not applicable for charitable donations made on this website.

River Haven does not sell or distribute any donor information and keeps all donor information private.

Terms & Conditions

River Haven uses all donations for the purposes and services described on this site. All our income and exoenditures are reported to the state of Wisconsin and are a matter of public record as part of our 501 (c) (3) status.
